T.N.V. was established in Valtellina in 2003 as a steel company, founded on passion, expertise, and reliability. Initially led by the founding partners and now entirely managed by Carlo Vanotti, with over 35 years of experience, the company stands out for its quality and solidity.
The second generation (Alessandra, Michele, and Susanna) brings new skills and innovation. With locations in Sondrio and, since 2023, also in Lecco, T.N.V. is a dynamic and growing company, focused on people and on the sharing of values.

One company, one family, a shared vision
Our company was founded in Valtellina in May 2003, following the initiative of the founders, who chose to combine expertise, passion, and entrepreneurial vision to create a new steel commercial company. From its early years, the company has stood out for its seriousness, reliability, and focus on quality, values that have enabled it to build strong and lasting relationships of trust with customers and partners.
Over time, the company has grown and strengthened its position in the steel sector, undertaking a natural path of development and evolution. Leadership has remained with one of the founding partners, Carlo Vanotti, who acquired full ownership of the company and became its sole owner. With over 35 years of experience in the commercial sector, Carlo Vanotti leads the company with expertise, precision, and a vision focused on development and continuity.
Under his leadership, the company has continued to expand and has reached a key milestone: the entry of the second generation. His children Alessandra, Michele, and Susanna have joined the company, bringing enthusiasm, new skills, and a modern and innovative approach.

Having consolidated its presence at the historic headquarters in the Province of Sondrio, in 2023 a second location was inaugurated in the Province of Lecco, confirming the company’s desire to grow and to offer an increasingly widespread, efficient, and customer-focused service.
